My fitness training has always predominantly been gym orientated and practicing yoga. I have always looked for a way that suited me to set goals and work towards them – this led to me undertaking and completing Pole Instructor Training.
I was feeling less confident in the gym and wanted to do something completely new and out of my comfort zone and it was the best decision I made.
