I have been at Twirl n Tone training Aerial Hoop for a over a year and a half now and it's honestly changed everything for me .I was feeling less confident in the gym and wanted to do something completely new and out of my comfort zone and it was the best decision I made.
From my first ever class I was made to feel welcome, encouraged and had such a laugh with all the instructors. Recently, I was encouraged by the instructors to do my Aerial Hoop Instructor exams - they talked me through everything and helped me each step of the way. They celebrated my success and I feel so lucky to now be an instructor at Twirl n Tone and be part of such an amazing team and family . I love to encourage beginner students to fly and love to see them spread their wings and progress in class .
