I was nervous for my first class as I didn’t have any friends with me but my worries quickly disappeared and after that first class, I never looked back.

Pole can be challenging but for me, the feeling of achieving a move in class is second to none. Since I started pole, I have had so many amazing experiences from performing in various shows (the Twirl n Tone show is the highlight of my year!), to meeting people from all over the world and even choreographing a routine for a TV show.

I became a pole dance instructor in 2016 and have loved every minute of it! I love helping my students achieve their nemesis moves and to see them gaining confidence with every class is amazing. I also became an aerial hoop instructor at Twirl n Tone in 2019 – I guess I just love being upside down!

Now I can’t imagine my life without pole and I am so proud to be a part of the Twirl n Tone family!
