The Class

This class focuses on building pole dance routines on and off the pole, using transitions, sequences and pole flair to create graceful, stunning pole performances.

We believe it’s important to learn not only pole tricks, but how to create flowing movement. This class will help you learn how to express yourself through the art of pole dance.

This is a weekly drop in sensual style pole flow and slinky floorwork choreography class . we will learn a new routine each week .This class is designed to create a gorgeous choreographed fluid pole and floor performance. learn to dance in heels (or socks if you don’t have heels!) A fun way to build up confidence by Getting slinky and sassy on and around the pole.  we recommend students have a little basic beginner pole experience before joining this class .

 

Prices

£15 Pay as you go – pole, aerial hoop, heelography and slink flowography

£50 Mermaid Package-  block of 4 credits that can be used towards pole/aerial hoop/heelography and slink flowography classes.  mix and match classes to suit you.

£85 Unicorn package- 8 credits to use for pole/hoop/heelography and slink flowography classes.

£100 pegasus package- 10 credits to use for pole/hoop/heelography/ and slink flowography classes.

£120. Dragon package 12 credits to use for pole/hoop/heelography/slink flowography classes.

 

ALL CLASS PACKAGES MUST BE USED WITHIN 4 WEEKS . 48 HOURS NOTICE REQUIRED FOR ANY RESCHEDULING OF CLASSES. 

Venue


All Classes are held at our studio Suite 322b, The Pentagon Centre, 36 Washington Street, Glasgow, G3 8AZ – next to the Hallmark and Marriot hotels, and 2 minutes walk from Anderson train station.

What should I wear to class?

 We suggest something you feel confident in.  some students love to wear their pole clothing , others prefer fishnet tights or leggings. with this type of class and movement its important to be able to slide across the floor and at the base of the pole for smooth transitions. This class is heavy on the knees so we Strongly suggest buying dance knee pads to avoid injury . Please bring knee high socks if you don’t have pole heels.
