This class focuses on building pole dance routines on and off the pole, using transitions, sequences and pole flair to create graceful, stunning pole performances.
We believe it’s important to learn not only pole tricks, but how to create flowing movement. This class will help you learn how to express yourself through the art of pole dance.
A 4 week sensual style pole flow and slinky floorwork choreography course . This 4 week course is designed to create a fully choreographed slow flow pole and floor routine over the month with the aim at the end of the 4 weeks to have a beautifully choreographed piece to dance to . It is advised that you have had at least some beginners pole knowledge before joining .
£15 Pay as you go – pole, aerial hoop and heelography
£45 Mermaid Package- block of 4 credits that can be used towards pole/aerial hoop/heelography and yoga classes. mix and match classes to suit you.
£40 Twirl N flow 4 week pole choreography course . 4 credits must be used for 4 weeks consecutive twirl n flow. cannot be used for other classes.
£70 Angel package- a 4 week block of Twirl N Flow, and 4 credits to use for pole fitness classes.
£80 Unicorn package 8 credits to use for pole/hoop/heelography and yoga classes.
£90 pegasus package 10 credits to use for pole/hoop/heelography/yoga and a block of twirl n flow classes.
ALL CLASS PACKAGES MUST BE USED WITHIN 4 WEEKS . 48 HOURS NOTICE REQUIRED FOR ANY RESCHEDULING OF CLASSES.
All Classes are held at our studio Suite 322b, The Pentagon Centre, 36 Washington Street, Glasgow, G3 8AZ – next to the Hallmark and Marriot hotels, and 2 minutes walk from Anderson train station.
What should I wear to class?
We suggest something you feel confident in. some students love to wear their pole clothing , others prefer fishnet tights or leggings. with this type of class and movement its important to be able to slide across the floor and at the base of the pole for smooth transitions. This class is heavy on the knees so we Strongly suggest buying dance knee pads to avoid injury . Please bring knee high socks if you don’t have pole heels.
