Looking for a relaxing way to improve your flexibility? Our Yoga classes are a unique and relaxing way to destress and increase flexibility using a combination of Ashtanga and vinyasa Yoga poses and meditation techniques.

Our Yoga classes are aimed at increasing and developing your flexibility, improving strength and wellbeing.
This incorporates aspects of the dynamic strong flow of traditional ashtanga style yoga, alongside vinyasa flow. synchronising our body movements in a natural rhythm with our breath, allowing space for meditation and to become more in synch with ourselves. simultaneously strengthen and relax the body , while gradually increasing flexibility.
Suitable for all levels. No pole or aerial experience needed. Come join our friendly yoga family!
All stretches and poses can be modified to suit you with easier or harder options offered.
Whether you want to smash those flexibility goals, try something new or if you just need a good stretch and a relaxing environment to help you de-stress and unwind. These are the classes for you.

These classes are open to all pole fitness and non-pole fitness students.


 £10 pay as you go 

£35 4 week yoga package 


All Classes are held at our studio Suite 322b, The Pentagon Centre, 36 Washington Street, Glasgow, G3 8AZ – next to the Hallmark and Marriot hotels, and 2 minutes walk from Anderson train station.

What should I wear to class?

Comfortable clothes recommended. Please bring your own yoga mat .
