Instructors : we pride ourselves on having a variety of different highly trained instructors both male and female with different skill sets and extensive backgrounds in pole fitness and dance , other types of dance , fitness, flexibility and more. So students get to learn a range of skills from our team . Owner and head instructor Amber has over 13 years experience in the pole industry , has been a judge at many pole competitions over the years and is the chief producer of one of the biggest pole and Cabaret shows annually in Glasgow . All our instructors are PDC approved, fully insured , first aid qualified and most hold spin city pole qualifications .

Extensive curriculum : we have a large range of pole tricks from beginner – expert level for students to learn which is constantly being updated . As well as transitions , combos spin and static pole lessons , floorwork, bottom third pole moves . We hold stretch classes which are there to aid your flexibility on and off pole . Pole performance classes to help you become a fluid and accomplished pole dancer . As well as holding regular monthly in house workshops in pole flow/dance , chair dance , burlesque , contemporary , twerk and much more .

Workshops with pole stars! : at twirl n tone we love to host large workshops and fly in some of the biggest and best pole dancers in the world . We really like to spoil you with these pole celebrities . We are honoured to have hosted workshops with the likes of – Alethea Austin , Lux atl, Daniel Rosen , bad azz josiah grant ,Justine Mclucas, elena Gibson , Jess Leanne Norris , and many more .

Value for money : At TNT we offer 1 and a half hour classes for competitive prices . Our prices are some of the best in the city However we do not compromise on quality of our classes . We also ofter total flexibility for students , allowing them to fit classes around busy work and family schedules. All classes are mixed ability meaning students can choose from a wider range of days and nights they can attend . Beginners are also welcome every day . However don’t worry if you are a beginner and nervous about coming to a mixed class . You will always be placed with other beginners with your own instructor to look after you . We would never have you sharing a pole with someone intermediate /advanced . We ask usually have two instructors in class working together to make sure everyone gets quality instruction .

Beautiful studio : our studio has 9 x-poles spin/static in various sizes ( 40, 45 and 50mm) we try to avoid the harsh sterile dance studio look and instead have went for a more welcoming boudoir bedroom style studio with lamps , ornate mirrors , fairy lights and more to create a more intimate comfortable feel . Our studio is centrally located in the heart of the city at the pentagon centre .7 mins away from central station , close to the Kingston bridge and clydeside . With excellent parking on street and with several carparks around us , secure 24 hour access, cafe and reception area , toilets and shower room on our floor as well as a roof terrace located 1 floor above us .

Supportive environment : we put our students first over everything and want everyone to feel secure and welcome . We encourage students to make pole buddies in class and quite often students will find a sense of “family ” and “community ” within class . Many a strong pole friendship has been forged In our studio . Students work at their own pace and we don’t believe in having a competitive environment . Our classes are not only amazing for fitness and strength but also confidence building . It’s a fun and friendly environment we have at TNT .

Annual performance show: Each November we hold one of the largest pole and cabaret shows in Glasgow . This is a chance for students to learn how to perform and actually do so on stage . We mix student, instructor and semi professional pole performances with some of the best uk and international acts in burlesque , cabaret , sideshow , drag and more. This is a chance for our students to train and show off their new found skills on stage to a large audience in some of the best venues in Glasgow .
