Looking for a relaxing way to improve your flexibility? Flexibility classes are a unique and relaxing way to destress and increase flexibility using a combination of dance inspired stretches, Yoga poses and relaxation techniques.

Stretch/flexibility classes aimed at increasing and developing your flexibility and range of movement.
Learn how to improve your flexibility safely and effectively with pole and flexibility instructor.
Suitable for all levels. No pole or aerial experience needed. Come join our friendly flexi family!
All stretches and poses can be modified to suit you with easier or harder options offered.
Whether you want to smash those flexibility goals, try something new or if you just need a good stretch and a relaxing environment to help you de-stress and unwind. These are the classes for you.

These classes are open to all pole fitness and non-pole fitness students.

All Classes are held at our studio Suite 322b, The Pentagon Centre, 36 Washington Street, Glasgow, G3 8AZ – next to the Hallmark and Marriot hotels, and 2 minutes walk from Anderson train station.

What should I wear to class?

Comfortable clothes recommended. No jewellery permitted in class!
